Return and Exchange

At Dada Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions for return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return request must be made within 3 days after delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.
